
Dr. Arnold Vardiman is a board certified neurosurgeon in group practice with Neurosurgical Associates of San Antonio and affiliated with Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital and the Texas Neurosciences Institute. Dr. Vardiman specializes in adult spinal disorders including minimally invasive approaches for degenerative and intradural pathology as well as complex disorders of the craniocervical junction. He has received special training in instrumentation of the spine at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Vardiman focuses his expertise on the surgical management of movement disorders such as Parkinsonís disease and essential tremor. The surgical management of brain tumors and cerebrovascular disease, including the treatment of intracranial aneurysms and arteriovenous malformation, constitute a large portion of his practice.
