Pediatric therapy is an important part of all the services provided at the San Antonio Hospital and this is evident by the facilities and equipment devoted for this purpose. We have five areas that are devoted exclusively to pediatric rehabilitation. There is one large open area in one of the three therapy gyms and four private rooms. These areas have brightly colored mats and equipment, slides and a bubble ball bath for sensory integration. One area is even equipped with parent viewing windows. In addition, the pediatric therapists make use of the heated indoor pool and common areas of the therapy gyms. In the summer, the slide and swing on the outdoor pool are a bonus to the many other facilities available for our pediatric patients. Learn more about our Pediatric Therapy Services.
