Rehabilitative Nursing requires a different approach than nursing in acute care or other specialty hospitals. Our Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurses, RNs and LVNs work with doctors, therapists and case managers at weekly "patient care conferences" to discuss each patients progress. This team effort is indicative of the holistic approach Warm Springs brings to rehabilitation. In addition to the standard nursing duties, our rehab nurses act as teachers and discharge planners for our patients and their families.
