Assistant Vice President Operations

Rick Marek has more than 30 years of tenure with Warm Springs, having served in many roles including pharmacist, hospital administrator and director of marketing, quality initiatives and physician relations.

Marek completed his undergraduate studies in biology and pharmacy at the University of Texas in Austin. He holds a masters of science degree in health professions from Southwest Texas State University and is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

As a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), he has conducted in-depth surveys of numerous rehabilitation facilities and programs across the United States.
