The Rosemary E. Kowalski Resource Center for People with Disabilities, located on the first floor of the Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of San Antonio, identifies available resources on the Internet and within the local community to assist with the life-altering changes resulting from a disability.

Accessible transportation is available for people with disabilities, their caregivers and the elderly.

Support groups for Stroke, Essential Tremors, Multiple Sclerosis, Caregivers, Post-Polio, Pulmonary and others have made the Resource Center their home.

The Resource Center is also home to the Texas AgrAbility Project.  AgrAbility assists farmers and ranchers with disabilities by enabling them to continue productivity by identifying appropriate adaptive modifications.
